I honestly think society could be healed by installing it on every phone. THANK YOU to whoever dreamed this up!!
One of the best apps so far. The app is really cheap compared to other ones, and it really helps you reduce screen time by meditating and it kicks you out of the apps you want after a little time. My screen time dropped when I started using this app.
Thank you for the app, it really saves my time for more important things
I reduced my screen time from 9 hours to 2 hours within days. (...) This app also helped me focus. It’s absolutely mind changing.
I like it very much it, helps me relax and keep my grades up 😁
I have tried many meditation apps. This one is quite intuitive and easy to use, and the meditations are quite different from the others. They speak about things that a lot of people can relate to.
The app is inviting and minimalistic. Does exactly what you expect.
AMAZING. The monkey addition is really cool and fun and it really locks you down on your screen time!
My screen time is one of my greatest weaknesses, this app has helped me reduce some of the anxiety I have around my screen time. I especially love the guided meditations as someone who’s heard of the wonders of meditation, I’m glad this app got me started.

Not another Duolingo...

You cannot end phone addiction using the same mechanisms that cause it.
It's time for true change.
